         You MUST be 18 years old or older to purchase an Airsoft gun.

PLACING YOUR ORDER 
         Please use our shopping cart to calculate your order total.   Once you are
         satisfied with  your order, click “CHECK OUT”.  In Step 1 (DELIVERY
         INFORMATION) of the shopping  cart, choose your shipping method.  Here,
         you  can change your shipping address if it is  different from the billing address 
         you originally entered.  You can also enter optional specific instructions or
         notes on your order here for us. Complete your purchase as instructed by the
         shopping cart NOTE: Stock parts from upgrades are returned upon request.  If
         you do not request them at the time of order, they will not be provided.  Stock
         parts from AM Max gun conversions are NOT available for return. 

 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

         Orders require usually 1 day but can take up to 4 days to review, process, and
         ship.Although we are constantly updating our website with new products and f
         or stock availability status, the product listings are not always accurate on our
         website.  All orders  go through a manual review by our customer service
         department for stock availability and product compatibility before we charge
         your order.If certain items are out of stock, we will split your order and
         backorder the out of stock items.We only charge for what we are able to
         ship.   There is no additional shipping charge for split backorders of your
         original order.

         NOTE: We strive for 100% accuracy in immediate order fulfillment.  However,
                    there are sometimes minor inventory errors that delay accurate
                    order processing.  We update your online order status as quickly as
                    we can and apologize in advance if this causes you any inconvenience.

       For payment by phone or email for special orders, upgrades, or repairs,

       As soon as the credit card payment is accepted, you will receive an emailed
       receipt at the  email address you provided for your records.  

       We do not accept credit card payment for international orders.


MONEY ORDER or CASHIER’S CHECK

       Payable to Airsoft Mammoth.

       Include your order number, contact information, and/or itemized order details
       with your check payment.

      All funds must clear our bank before the order is processed for shipping. 


BANK WIRE TRANSFER or DIRECT DEPOSIT

       You can wire funds from your bank account directly to ours or directly deposit
       money into our account if there is a Wells Fargo Bank branch near you.  You
       must add an additional $10 bank fee to your order total if paying by bank wire
      transfer.  If paying by either of these methods, please email Us for our banking
      wire information after you have placed your order. 

 CASH

        Mailing cash is NOT recommended and we are not responsible for any losses
        of cash in transit.  

All other terms not mentioned will not be accepted
